Herzog Leadership Mentoring Program
For Heads of School, Judaic Studies Principals and Department Heads:
Personalized, one-on-one mentorship that pairs school leaders with experienced educational leaders who blend mentoring with goal-oriented coaching.
Goals:
- Strengthening leadership capacity
- Supporting effective supervision of faculty
- Providing a confidential space for real-time challenges
Mentors:
Experienced school leaders with deep expertise in Judaic curriculum, staff supervision, and school management – drawing on both their own experience and Herzog’s resources.
How it works:
- Alignment & Goal Setting – Initial needs assessment, then a goal-setting session to define 1–2 leadership goals and build an individualized plan.
- Resource Consultation – Mentor meets with Herzog College staff to match goals with the right tools and frameworks.
- Ongoing Mentorship – 10 online sessions with practical strategies and resources between sessions, plus participant evaluation.
- Conclusion – Mentor summary, participant reflection, and review to shape next steps.
