Techniques for Teaching Gemara and Halachah

Rabbi Dr. Yossef Slotnick was born in the U.S. He has taught in numerous Yeshivot in Israel and in Cape Town, South Africa. Since 2001 he has headed the overseas program at Yeshivat Maale Gilboa in Northern Israel. He has degrees in Jewish history from Touro College and a Masters in Theology from the Hebrew University, a PhD in Talmud from Bar Ilan, and he is working on a second PhD in Theology at the Hebrew University.
